Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Stryv platform and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Stryv provides software tools for sports organizations to manage training programs, athlete performance tracking, and coaching workflows.

Organizations are responsible for:

• Managing user access
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring accuracy of stored data
• Ensuring lawful use of athlete data

Organizations confirm they have the legal authority to collect and store athlete data within the platform.

This includes obtaining consent from athletes or guardians when required by applicable law.

Users may not:

• Access data belonging to other organizations
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Upload malicious software
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription settings.

Stryv may revise pricing with prior notice, as required by applicable law.

Organizations retain ownership of the data they store within the platform.

Stryv processes data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

While we strive to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Stryv and its software, design, and platform content are owned by Stryv or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, organizations receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for internal business purposes.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Stryv does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Stryv is a coaching support tool and does not provide medical advice. Organizations remain responsible for training decisions, athlete safety, and legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the platform.

Stryv may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security concerns, or suspected unlawful use.

Organizations may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the applicable plan terms and billing settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
